What happens when I upgrade mid-cycle?
We prorate to the day. You pay only the difference for the remainder of the billing cycle, and your renewal date stays the same. Your new plan limits take effect immediately.
Can I get a refund if I cancel?
Yes — every plan includes a 60-day money-back guarantee. If Flipper AI Robot isn't the right fit within your first 60 days, contact us and we'll refund every cent. After 60 days, annual plans are refunded pro rata for unused full months.
Do you charge per MT5 account or per user?
Per connected MT5 account. Starter allows 1 account, Professional allows up to 3, and Enterprise supports unlimited accounts. You can share dashboard access with team members at no extra charge.
Are there any trading fees or profit commissions?
No. We charge only the monthly subscription fee. We never take a percentage of your profits, and we don't charge per trade. Your broker's spreads and commissions still apply as usual.
Can I switch plans anytime?
Absolutely. Upgrade or downgrade anytime from your account settings. Upgrades are prorated immediately; downgrades take effect at your next renewal to preserve your current benefits.
Do you offer annual billing?
Yes. Pay annually and save 15% on Professional and Enterprise plans. Annual subscribers also get priority feature requests and extended support hours.
What payment methods do you accept?
We accept all major credit cards, debit cards, and PayPal. Enterprise customers can arrange invoice billing with net-30 terms — email sales@flipperrobot.ai to set it up.
